If you don’t even claim you do the work…
Then you are clinging to deniability.
Those who are accountable do things a bit differently.
They want to be on the hook for the work they do.
They want to be known for their efforts.
They prioritize their work.
They do not make excuses.
They show up even when others don’t.
So which do you choose?
